Refunds & Returns
Returns:
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused (no cracked or broken spine) and in the same condition that you received it.
Returns will only be issued with 30 Days of Purchase.
Refunds on returns will occur once returned item is received.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Lost in Shipping:
If item is lost in mail and still in stock, the item will be mailed again for free, but only once.
If item is lost a second time in shipping, no more attempts will be made.
Your purchase will be fully refunded but no more items will be shipped.
Book Signing:
Book signing requests must come with a postage paid return slip inside the book.
I will return book signed in my own mailer, but postage-paid slip is required.
